Rihanna and T.I. to perform at MTV Video Music Awards

Rihanna and T.I. has been added to the list of performers at this year’s VMA set for Sept. 7th in Los Angeles. This year, the VMA will be hosted by Russell Brand and Performers include the Jonas Brothers, Kid Rock, Pink, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, and T.I.

T.I. will make his first major award show appearance since the arrest last year while Rihanna will continue her consecutive VMA performance streak and perform her single “Disturbia”

Usher, T.I., Lil Wayne nominated for VMA’s Best Male Video

MTV has announced the nominees for best female and best male video for the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. The nominees were determined by fan voting and each week two new categories will open for voting. Voting can be done by going on to vma.mtv.com.

The VMA will be held on September 7th at the Paramount Pictures lot in LA. Russell Brand will be the host of the event.
