Method Man Accused Of Shooting Fan

Method Man is in hot water after allegedly shooting a fan with an air gun, six times. The rapper reportedly did that to a fan outside of a show in Houston, last November.

The fan, Mary Anderson asked the rapper for an autograph outside of the show. In her lawsuit, she claims that she handed him her ticket stub for an autograph and he “pulled out an air gun and…began firing pellets.”

She says she was struck by the pellets six times. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Akon Protege Dolla Shot Dead

Authorities said a man found with a gun at Los Angeles International Airport was being questioned by police over the upscale mall shooting of a young man identified by his publicist as Atlanta-based rapper Dolla.

Dolla, a rapping protege of hip-hop artist Akon, was fatally shot in the head Monday near a valet stand outside the Beverly Center, publicist Sue Vannasing told the Los Angeles Times.

Investigators were questioning a 20-year-old man found hours later in a ticketing area of the airport, said airport police spokesman Sgt. Jim Holcomb.
