A Los Angeles judge has ordered the concert promoters, Rowe Entertainment Inc., to pay Ne-Yo $700,320 for a lawsuit filed against them earlier this year.
The incident stemmed from Ne-Yo getting dropped from R. Kelly’s tour last year after 2 shows.
According to rumors, Ne-Yo was stealing too much of the spotlight from the headliner R. Kelly.
Because the concert promoters never answered the suit, Ne-Yo won by default and the company was ordered to pay the r&b singer.
