Leona Lewis Tops Digital Song Sale for 2008

Leona Lewis’s “Bleeding Love” is the top selling digital song of 2009 with 3.42 million downloads. Lil Wayne’s “Lollipop” came in 2nd with 3.16 million and Flo Rida’s “Low” was third.

Flo Rida’s “Low” is also the best selling digital song of all time with 4.53 million downloads.

Flo Rida, Trey Songz, and Janelle Monae partners with Gap

Atlantic Record stars Flo Rida, Trey Songz, and Janelle Monae will be partnering with Gap this holiday season for the retailer’s upcoming “Merry Mix It” campaign.

Flo Rida and Trey Songz has teamed up to write and produce a hip hop version of a classic Christmas song for the holiday promotion. The song titled “Jingle Bells” will be played instores nationwide starting tomorrow.

“Jingle Bells” will also be on the new gap.com/merrymixit site which lets users remix the track and share it with friends and family.

The campaign will debut online, in Gap stores, and in movie theaters nationwide starting November 13th.
