Young Buck x David Brown Clothing. You heard if here first. The news doesn’t get any better for the former G-Unit member. Buck has recently been in the press claiming that he didn’t get paid anything close to the $10 million that 50 claimed he made while as a member of G-Unit. Well let’s hope Buck didn’t invest too much in his own clothing line, David Brown Clothing (named after himself) either because similar to many companies these days, David Brown Clothing is out of business.

Jay-Z’s Hotel Is No More

Due to the economic crisis, Jay-Z’s plans for his own hotel has been put on hold. In August 2007, Mr. Blaichman & Jay-Z partnered up to plan out a five star hotel in New York that would include a pool, gym, spa, and multiple restaurants called J Hotel.
Jay-Z originally planned to build 3 hotels with Charles Blaichman but they couldn’t secure the $370 million dollars needed for the project.

Jay-Z sells his Las Vegas 40/40 club

Jay-Z has sold his 40/40 Club in The Palazzo and Casino for an undisclosed amount. The 24,000 square feet club will be transformed into a sports bar and lounge and will no longer use the 40/40 club name.
The club opened 9 months ago and has faced many problems such as disgruntled employees and failing inspection tests.
“The sale is a great business decision, we are delighted. We look forward
to expanding the brand even further to Chicago and Tokyo,” Said Jay-Z.
Jay-Z is planning to open 40/40 clubs in Chicago, Tokyo and Macau in the future.
