Nas gets political and petitions against Fox News

July 22, 2008 by admin

Nas is planning to continue his fight against Fox News by joining the political organizations Color of Change and Move On. Tommorrow, the two organizations and Nas will deliver a petition to Fox News demanding that the network stop attacking black Americans, Barack Obama and his wife Michelle.

In the last month, Color Of Change and Move On have collected more than 600,000 signature after the news network made comments ranging from “terrorist fist jab” to “baby mama”.

Nas, who released his album last week, includes a track called “Sly Fox” which accuses the news channel of twisting news to give negative stereotypes to the black community.

I’m glad that NAS is standing up for something that is right. Alot of black people today believe that racism is gone. WRONG, people just know how to hide it in today’s society. FOX News is the most racist news channel out there today. First, blowing the pound that Michelle Obama gave to her husband out of proportion because they’re black then with that Barack Obama baby mama comment. Someone needs to take down FOX and that bigot O’Rielly.
