Australia Rejects Ja Rule

July 28, 2009 by Porky

Ja Rule will not be coming to Australia next month. We can only assume that he was scared after learning that INXS are kidnapping visiting international stars and making them sing on their next album.

Actually, no, as scary as that would be, the truth of the matter is that the hip-hop star who was to play at the big top at Luna Park is having trouble getting into the country.

The Australian government is yet to make a ruling on the performers admission into Australia and as a result with status “visa pending’ the Ja Rule show has been postponed.

Ja Rule has been to Australia twice before so it is unclear by he is having trouble for this visit.

The show was meant to be on August 29, 2009. A new date has not been announced.

In previous news, Rob Thomas was no so lucky. As reported yesterday the Matchbox Twenty singer was captured soon after arriving in Australia last week and have been made to sing a new version of Never Tear Us Apart.
