In celebration of the 2008 Summer Games, Reebok and Yao have launched a new signature limited-edition basketball shoe, the Pump Omni Hexride. Yao describes the design and inspiration behind the shoe, including personal touches like his own signature logo on the heel.

Sean John Underwear Names Nelly as New Spokesmodel

Nelly will become the first underwear model spokesman for Sean John. The St. Louis native said, “I have been a big fan of Diddy and the Sean John clothing line for years. So, when they asked me to work with them, it was a real honor. I hope my fans will enjoy this campaign as much as I did shooting it.” The terms of the endorsement is still unknown at this point.

In the past, Sean John’s clothing line has used icons such as Dwayne Wade, Nas, Snoop Dogg, Lil’ Wayne, Penelope Cruz, Cassie and Lauren London as models.

Sean “Diddy” Combs said, “I have known Nelly for many years and I really admire his work. To me, Nelly is the quintessential definition of the Sean John man. Rapper Trina & NBA star Kenyon Martin in car accident

Hip Hop artist Trina and NBA star Kenyon Martin arrived in Belize on Friday for a basketball tournament and charity event promoting peace. On the way from the airport, the couple’s Ford Excursion was involved in a violent collision on the Northern Highway with a green mini van. The couple was not injured but 2 young boys in the other vehicle was.

A witness of the accident said “As we were coming down from the airport trailing behind the vehicles we see the white car that Trina and Kenyon Martin were traveling in was cutting across and the same time a green van came and they hit each other and they went straight across and one of the children nearly came out of the vehicle because of the impact. It was very very hard and horrifying and hmmm, I still left stunned right now.”

George Abraham, the driver of the green van blamed the accident on the other driver. “I was on my right hand side and this vehicle overtake on this side. That guy was in the wrong in that vehicle. I was on my correct hand.”

Abraham’s children 9 year old Johnny and 12 year Delane were hurt in the incident and they were assisted by the paramedics. Picture of the 2 cars after the collision can be found here.
