First of I think you have to start with light workout, and gradually build yourself up. After you get into a good routine try a supplement, the reason I say supplement second is because you have to get your body going into shape why take supplements if you not gonna workout as hard because you're not used to it yet.

Find some good tracks to listen to, I mean some heat that gets your adrenaline rushing at your workouts.
Work out to make yourself feel good, intimidate someone, and make the honeys look twice, you put that all into perspective and you have motivation.
