The new PS3 packaging has the PS3 on the top of the box art, it's no longer on the sides.

Not all new games have the new logo box art. I bought Uncharted 2 when it came which had the new box art, but 2 weeks later copped Tekken 6 which had the old box art.

^^ The Tekken 6 box art has the new PS3 format everywhere except America, some communications issues.

I'm 99.9% sure the MW2 box art will be in the new PS3 format.

If a game like Jurassic: The Hunted has it, as will all others.
