Default Help Losing My Stomach, Different Story than other guy

I am 5'6 110 lbs about and I play sports every week and go to the gym a few times a week and either work out by lifting weight or do cardio on the bike or do ab exercises. I do ab exercises at home like sit-ups, crunches, biclycles, etc and P90 occasionally and still can't lose my stomach. I know you can't lose weight in one area, but I have a small frame and I am not pudgy. I basketball and soccer a few times a week and don't drink nothing but water and sometimes orange juice in the morning. I eat healthy and eat out only 2-3 a week and its usually nothing too bad. What can I do to lose my stomach?

Eating out period usually isn't good. And saying that you "eat healthy" is your opinion, when in fact your diet may not be as healthy as you think it is. It sounds like your diet may be the issue, so please be more specific as to what you typically eat (and be honest about it, no BS). Try to stick to a regular schedule with the gym too. For instance, I lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and do cardio at least 4 days a week.

By the way, don't take all of that as a personal attack. Im trying to help you out, but Im being serious about all this.

lol .. im about 125lbs but im 5ft 9 ... dude trust me in the UK and other places outside of america and canada .. people are NORMAL sized not absolutly huge like 99% of obese americans

to answer your question, keep running and sweat it out ...sit-ups and crunches will get rid of it

thats all you have to do ...

when you go gym .... lower the weights on your abs exercises on the machines .... but increase the reps you do

125 pounds is not normal for a full grown man. wat the fuck wrong with yawl. a bitch should be like 125-150. a dude gon b at least 160-170 somethin if they grown unless u a fuckin crackhead

Eating out 2-3 times a week is wats killing u.....if u eat out eat clean, wheat bread grilled foods etc.....no mc donalds bk, no fast food

Still Being fat you do gain extra muscle to move that extra wieght around but 125 too damn small and far from regular....Yall need to get ur wieght up

why are you guys getting so worked about how much someone else weighs? I haven't seen anyone of you guys in the fitness center more than one or two times and at that you start arguing because of someone's weight?

I'm skinny but not that skinny, I'm trying to bulk up and when I eat out its usually Subway (Turkey Sandwich) or Chipotle (Steak Bowl w/ No cheese). Occasionally maybe like once every month or two its the In-N-Out, Carls Jr type of thing. I guess what I can take from your responses is to eat more healthy and run more.
