They work just the same as regular ones. You just should practice putting it on before you get into a sexual situation. Due to the thinness of the condom, it allows for you to pop them with your fingers and fingernails easier than regular condoms. That's primarily where most of the problems occur. As Prodigy pointed out, another issue involves them drying out either before or during sexual intercourse. Lubricant helps relieve that issue. Aside from that, you should have no problems with them breaking on you unless you are into monkey fucking.

Theyre strong, just make sure they stay lubed. Will break if they get too dry...but thats with any condom really.
