I Can't get a read on this girl

so my friend (who is a girl) told me her friend (girl in title) was trying to holla an see wassup. so we chilled for a bit...talked on the phone etc.... we vibed on a social tip...then we didnt talk for a bit... so i asked my friend, wassup and what was the deal? she was like "she just thinks ur shy" and i was like ok... w/e we kept in casual for a while... say hey when we see eachother...then over the weekend we were out at various parties n shit together, and i could see her peepin me out n shit, and then i talked to her last night, n she was constantly playin with her hair... (doesnt that mean something)...then she dipped last night... like randomly and i called her up.... an it seems were outta sync.

so im like should i just play it chill and take what comes.. or make the move

i dunno if i'm over analyzing the situation. but i'm a picky cat and i actually like this girl...
