Listnening 2 music in school

I'm going to debate with my teachers about listnening to music during our study hall period and I was wondering how yall teachers felt and what would be some good arguments for it.

Yea man it's pretty dumb. It's called flex and we have it on B-day's. Basically you go through your whole schedule and instead of having your class for an hour nd a half, you have it for 30 min. so one day would be 1/2 flex and it equals one period. We basically want to listnen to music during that time.

yea its highschool.Yea, I listnen anyway so, even if they tell me no. Then I'm going to anyway. I really just want a chance to do my part in helping out the student body. I'm not into helping at all and never was. But this issue triggered me so I don't know. worth a try.

One thing I know they want to argue about is Iphones. Like if people listnen to music off they Iphone, then whats to stop them from texting and shit. Anyone got suggestions for that?

they did im my HS too, but some teachers didnt care if you did discreetly
