good looks we live in such a throw-away society. at least you are doing something to help close that ever-ending gap. everything you should be paying to your babymama should be to clothe and feed your son. if she is using this money on crack or spending it on herself then you need to take action immediately and let the courts intervene and contest this. if you or this girl are complete fuck ups then the court will likely determine a formula for the respective contributions from each of you. if she is neglecting this kid then you need proof asap. either way make sure you are making the "correct" payments and not overpaying her. there are avenues to do this.
