Getting Dates and into Girlfriend

So I got an issue with myself that I could just use some advice. For some reason, I know how to flirt with girls and go through the routines and shit. But for some reason I just have a hard time getting myself to ask girls out on dates and then have it escalate to a girlfriend. When I ask girls to like go out to dinner with me or some shit, it usually falls through. Like they busy but mostly cause I ask them so last minute, or shit just doesn't pop off. I know I should be askin girls out on the phone but i always end up asking them online. Should I just be flat out askin them "you wanna go on a date" or kinda make it subtle "ey you wanna go grab somethign to eat with me?" Or when i do go out with them, shit usually doesn't end up getting too serious and falls off to just being friends... like i'm not consistent or some shit.

I mean I get lucky with girls sometimes but I'm stuck on what i'm doing wrong. Damnz got me confused as fuck.

man yall aint of no help to dis cat... when you ask her out it doesnt really matter how... dont ask out on a date unless yuor ready for da pressure of a date... juss ask if she wants to hang out ova da weekend or summin... make her laugh and dont come off too hard (i.e. dont be pushy wit da b/f g/f thing)... come off confident but still into her... show respect to her and everyone around her... no girl wants a man no other girl wants... its all a game... give her you... and show her how your really like but at the same time be more into her than yourself... hope this helps my dude
