I noticed that you haven't mentioned on how your lady feels about the pregnancy. I guess for both of you, it still coming as a bit of a shock to you both. I would start by having a serious one to one talk with your lady about this situation, lay your heart out on how you really feel about this.

Another option would be to contact your local family planning clinic and arrange an appointment with a counsellor to discuss the available options to you both.
