here's what u do: make a joke about something like "damn this professor has bad hair" and thats it. she will start a conversation, or introduce herself, and if not just make another joke the next day and say "I didn't get your name last time". because you don't actually talk to the girl, they will think that you're not interested in them. this might sound like a bad thing but its not. most girls are hit on by many guys. you are the exception so they will feel more attracted to you and want you more just cuz you don't want them. I'm not saying you should play hard to get, just don't throw yourself at her.

give it time, just be yourself though, dont try to be someone else, and suddenly be this mad comedian guy. Just start up conversation about sumtin. If they are a nice person they will talk, if not fuck them.

i had the same problem like u, i go to a aviation college where the guy ratio to girls is like 25 to 1, all the girls are ill stuck up so the more guys pay attention to them, the more they feel special, i never mack it to none i do ma shit out side the school, but lately alot of girls come up to me for help so i take this chance to flirt a lil and see wat happens from there,
