Listen people when i met my lady she was about 150. Over the course of our relationship she gain 30 pounds. I was away at school so i really did not see the changes occurred but my question for you people is it wrong to ask or make her lose weight her weight now is 183 at 5'4 help me out on this one thanks

If you keep your same physique when you first met her then she should do the samething. I suggest handcuffing her to a treadmill.

lol i was playing ball so i gain weight but it is good weight muscles i mean i am wrong

yo take her on your workouts. i used to do that. when i went running i invited my friend to come with me. then push her when you can. it works. oh and buy her healthy shit to change how she eats a lil bit. that should help.

but like ole boy said way up top... invite her to go walking with you at the park er sumthing... or go bike riding... if she is doing it with you then she'll do it... don't tell her todo it and have her think she has to do it all by herself... you have to be apart of it...

fuck her to she sweat everyday and she will loose weight with out u having to mention it to her.... true story.. sex is a hell of a work out if u doing it right... just make sure she dont be eating all crazy u know..

ya man, me and my girl are on diets cause we gaine weight after hooking up with each other. We go running together when we can, ex...yester i ran in the morning and then lifted in the afternoon..I was tire but when i whent to picked her up from work to, we when to buy some clothes for her, but she wasnt feeling her weight so she wanted to go running in the night...I was hurting but i ran, cause it motivated her and made her happy. my pain is her gained...

Make sure she gets rid of junk food, get her to go the gym wid u, and make sure the last meal of the day that she eats is lite and dont contain much fat or carbohydrates these things help

real talk, just tell her how u feel, or give her some life long fitness fitness talk, and try to train. i suggest swimming, thats a hell of a workout. or u could stick to just playin sports together and havin fun.
