I used to be hella koo wit one of my homeboys until he started tryna get at my sis. he neva came up 2 me n tol that he liked my sis. i had to 2 find out myself n ask his dumb ass. he tol me how he felt bout her n i wus koo wit it cuz tha nigga wus a good guy. So after i tol him that they both got together n since then errething hella changed between me n him. He acts hella shady wen he around me n shit n i feel like he is lyin 2 me or is hiddin sumthin from me n to top it off he's tha bitch in tha relationship.....lol. we aint chilled in a hella long time n now all of a sudden tha nigga wants to be koo wit me n roll wit me.....but i dont know cuz i dont trust tha nigga no more. how do y'all niggas deal wit your sisters boyfriend???

Everyone is protective about their sister for the one good reason that it's THEIR sister. Its instinct.

So for guys to go around not trying to pork girls that have brothers because it would upset them would be stupid. The other side of it is that you can't blame the brother for being upset at you.

High risk high gain I guess. Sure you should look out for her but if she;s consenting to date some dumbass ultimately its her decision. If she fucks up she fucks up. Just be there to pick up the pieces. What are you really trying to protect? Her purity? :zzz: Or are you really just trying to impose your manhood and strength upon the family?? At a certain age, a girl should be able to make her own decisions. Hopefully, she'll be mature and intelligent enough to make the right ones.

Just chill with him and tell him to be careful thats all. If he does wrong then you know where you both stand. If something happened to my sisters I know I would definitely step in and resolve the situation. I wouldnt say Im am overpotective. That aint it. I do however have high expectations for her and I let her know this all the time. I tell her to watch her back, and not to put up with guys who waste her time and treat her like shyt. I do know the difference between a guy being hard to get and a guy being a jerk, and I teach my sister to know the difference too. Any time I see a guy trying to run game on her, I let her know, and she's very privy to the games men play. Before you guys get mad, and say that I'm ruining your chances with her - if a girl really likes you, then she'll let you run game on her even if she knows your doin it. I want her to use discretion when choosing guys, and I teach her to be picky. I tell her that her friends are sluts, and I'm glad she's not like them (and she's since switched friends). She's a very attractive girl, and she can afford to turn most guys down.

If I see a guy I don't like hitting on her, then I will simply 'poison the well' so to speak. I don't have to tell her not to hang around him, just make it plain that I don't like him for whatever reason - maybe he's rude to me, or he seems shifty, or he clearly is just trying to fuck my sister. Either way, he can rest assured that he'll be cockblocked by the guy my sister admires most - me.

If I like the guy - and I can like a guy for many reasons, one of which does not include him being a wuss - I will simply stay out, be friendly to him if he comes around, and ask her about him as if I was just curious about whats going on so that she can tell, at least, that I don't dislike him.
