i use any studio program to get what part of the song i want then i use quick time to change formate from mp3 to acc

i used audacity to get the part of the song i want then i saved it as a mp3 then i used quick time pro to change from mp3 to mp4 format. after i change it to mp4 i change the extension to m4a then all u got to do is send it to your phone with the linkk above oe a data cable
