BlueTooth Is What I Think You Are Talking About, You Can Send Any Type of File to other Phones...Thats All I Know, I Dont Thin You Can Send Files From Your Computer To Your Phone With Out A Cable...

you can use bluetooth to send a ringtone from one phone to another, only if both phones have bluetooth

you have to be close to that person, i'm not sure how to do it on an i870, but all u need is to make sure u have bluetooth on and let the other person send it to you

you cant send ringtones it has the protected media thing on it naw mean but you can send almost anything through bluetooth
