I was just recently in a 5 month relationship, and things were moving very fast, and were both were in love, but she had a lot of stuff going on in her life and broke up with me... recently she called me out of nowhere telling me that she missed me and still loved me, now she wants 2 get back together....what should I do????

take things slowly this time around.
was in a situation like that myself sometime ago..
ask her if this time around if she'll let you help her handle whatever.
cuz after 5 months things should be serious enough for either sides
problems to be the others to help with..

to me she did you kinda dirty and is now realizing her mistake.
but just see what time gives.

and talk out whatever concerns for a future you to have out
