ok yall, this chick is got me buggin all day at the office. i hired her recently and she's working with me, but she's like 21 yr olds and hispanic, i never had a hispanic girl before and also she is extremely good looking and i guess that makes me a lil nervous sometimes. so what i want to know is does anyone know what a 21 yr old latinas is thinking??? also i found out she has a bf but dude is a dumbass as she told me he crashed her brother's car. i'm not an ugly dude, but i got some flaws and i dont know. what da hell does a latina chick look for in a guy? i aint just tryna fuck, i would love to get in a long term relationship wit her... tips yall, ladies come in here n tell me wat to do.......

Dawg I don't think you have to worry about looks especially when it comes to latina chics considering I been with 2 of them in the past year and a half that were both attractive...and currently been with one for 6 months. It's like this dawg, I notice alot of them just like you to be real with them and they really like to laugh and smile. If you can make her happy and laugh then you got her heart right there, my girl loves to laugh, if you don't do that then they lookin for drama. Fam, a female is a female. I dunno how old you are, but apparently you're old enough to not have been in the game for a while. And, if YOU hired her, then you are a good bit older than her.
