aight
i got a treadmill, one of them 5 in 1 machines(wid inclined bench press, leg press, ab thing, butterfly streaches), bench press and free weights....what yall think a good workout routine is usin all them? for about 30 mins to an hour

heres a nice 3 day split i've used before -

Monday Chest/Bicep
Incline Press
Incline Fly
Incline Hammer/DB Curl
Zottmann Curl
Crunch

Wednesday Back/Legs
Deadlift
Reverse Grip DB Row
One Arm DB Row
Lunge
Seated Calf Raise
Standing Calf Raise

Friday Shoulders/Triceps
Lateral Raise
Two-Arm Shoulder Press
Shrug
One Arm Bent Over Lateral Raise
DB French Curl
DB Kick Back

try like 3 sets of 8-10 reps on each. if you unsure of some of them exercises look at http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

do cardio on every off day, or everyday. you can adapt some of them to use the equipment you have.
