7 days a week. some days i dont do anything but pushups, situps, and cardio ...
but for most days i do a lot of weight training, cardio... and i do pushups and situps before i go to sleep.

What the fuck do you guys do 7 days at the gym? I mean if we are counting actually weight lifting (not pusups or bball) then I go 3 times a week. If i wanna play ball i go a couple of more days.
Shiet, some of you should put up pics, I wanna see how lack of recovery is killing ya. ;)

Over the summer when I really wasn't doin shit and had mad time on my hands I would go 4 days a week.
Now wit school and all I go twice a week :( but i do little things like pushups and stuff like that at home pretty much everyday to every other day

i work out 3 days a week(gym) tuesday, thursday, saturday/sunday.. n tha recovery dayz i jus bike, walk, jog, sit up, push up, pull up, box, etc etc ....

only about 15 days/week. No more. On my recovery days I usually just read, piss people off, and get into totally pointless arguments with my aunt.

yo i got bout 6 - 7 day a week and i been fuckin up kinda i guess cuz i havent been lettin my muscles recover i bench everyday pec fly everyday curl everyday squat everday and i been doin this for about a month now im not on any supplements yet but i will be soon i need a work out plan thats works and quick
