ight yo, im 6'4 225 and i got a beer belly like crazy and i want to get a 6 pack as quick as possible.
if i do 1,000 situps a day (in 8 minute intrevals) how fast would it take to see results? not taking any days off, just 1,000 situps a day nonstop ... how fast would it normally take to see some good results?

hes right^ until you can see the abs there aint no point workin on them. they not gona show through fat. and you shouldn't do them everyday, like any other muscle they take 24-48 hours to repair, if you do them everyday there not gona repair and you wont see much growth.

cardio, cardio, cardio...........i dont do situps cuz it's madd hurting. i sit up and just crunch my stomach. rest, cardio and situps will give u that shit in no time

I don't think you gonna make it to 1,000 situps this is crazy!
If you really got a beer belly like crazy you won't even make it to 50!
I got a 6 pack and I'm doing 100 sit-ups every 2nd day or 3rd day.
Took me over 2 years to get my 6 pack looking that good and I was thin when I started training, first made like 10 was 13 at that time now I'm 16 and doing 100 and it is hard to make em and it really takes very long to get a real 6 pack
First you should eat healthy food and go jogging not much first but more and more each time you go and do it regurarly!
