do y'all have any workouts for your theighs, calves..etc that dont invole weights? hit me up

for calves do this.
stand on one of the steps in your house, keep the toe half your foot on it, and the back half of your feet off the step. then proceed to lift yourself up, and down as far as you can go with just the top half of your feet (your toes). do this about 100 times and youll feel the burn (if you can do 100 the first time. lol)....
it works.

Try doing 100 Hindu Squats, 50 Lunges, jump rope for at least 10-20 mintues.

hindo squats... squats with out weights basically... I like to keep my elbows at a 90% angle and squat down until mt hand touches my knee/thigh and then go back up (I dont got back up all the way, I like to keep the weight on my legs)

put your back against a wall flat and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle and stay against the wall with your back flat...time yourself the first time you do it and hold it to exhaustion....do three sets of that time and increase the time/sets every other day
