Hey i wanna knwo what a good routine for me would be . . . . As a home workout i have 5 pound weights and a tredmill, thats about it ..... and i just wanna knwo what r some ways to rip my muscles i use to be really ripped but i wanted to gain some weight, now my stomach isnt defined really my arms r bigger and so if everything else including chest, but they r more like tits now :s well not really but a bit. THis is my plan But i just wanna turn that fat into muscle to be more bigger and have a bit of cuts, more then pure cuts, whats a good home routine for me?

Well in my opinion you gotta get more bigger Weights or dumbells. The Aim is to put as much tension in your muscles as possible to make them grow. Im not saying 50 or 45 na, just get weights that you can handle but at the same time can give you a lil tension on your Muscles. Uses the Treadmill as your Cardio exercise, Eat a lot, and do basic (non- machine) workouts.

A Good Home Rountine can be

Mon- Biceps, Chest
Tues- Shoulders, Triceps
Wed- Cardio (Treadmill), Legs (Simple Home legs workouts.)
Thru- Shoulders, Chest
Fri- Same as Tuesday but you can add any other Exercise like Back or Calves.
Sat.- Off
Sun- Off

you pretty fucked really without more weights and a bench. for things like shoulders and legs you need some heavy weights. just do runnin everyday, and press ups and sit ups every 2 days. if you got something to do pull ups on its good for your back muscles. and you can put weights on your back when press ups get too easy. dont take it seriously untill you get some heavy plates though

Its not tits youf ucking idiot, i gained weight and now i wanna rebuild it, my chest jsut has some flab.

Your best workout if you cant gt to a gym is to EAT EAT and EAT like there's no tomorrow.. NO JUNK FOOD... just milk, water, juice, bread, beef, chicken, fish, rice, oatmeal, cheese, yogurt etc.. and do body weight squats, sit ups, push ups, chin ups, and pull ups.

if you eatin excess when your body doesnt need protein for muscle building or carbs for energy then its just gona turn into more fat. and if you alreaady got fat you need to lose that before tryin to build muscle. muscles best made out of protein not fat.
