what is the best way to loose stomach fat? i weight about 200 lbs, im not fat, but i do have a gut..whats the best way to get rid of it. thanks

sit ups dawg.... do push ups and sit ups and ur chest will form itself. Once your done with that, go the gym and define ur muscles....

and of course lay off da cheese, dairy, potato chips n anything else thats fat.

Do Cardio, and Train your abdominals (Example Sit ups) and change your Nutrition. Cause really If you don't do Cardio or Change your Nutrition, it just won't work.

only way to lose fat is to eat just as much calories as what you need. or count how many calories you eat usually, and lower it by 250 or 500. see how much you lose in a week. try to eat high protein food. and do 4-5 sessions of half hour cardio a week.

^^Yeah that's a good method, but he really needs to burn that Fat..and Cardio can help him.

If you are thinking of "running" to loose fast, a better method is, walking, but taking large steps when you walk, liek fast walking but not running, Iv been reading alot its a proven method to loose fat :D

Cardio is any exercise that puts your heart into a state where your own body burn unessesary calories from your Body, that means fat. Example Running, Walking and any exercise that makes your heart rate go up.

If you do cardio don't do anything of high intensity (i.e. running at top speed) the key to losing fat is low intensity exercises (walking, lite running) for long durations (45 minutes to an hr) or high intensity exercises for short durations (5-10 minutes)

Don't do high intensity exercises for long durations otherwise your gonna be burning carbs instead of fat. In order to burn fat you need an ample supply of oxygen. When doing high intensity exercises you don't get all that much oxygen thus your body switches over to burning carbs.

A good rule of thumb to judge if your in your optimum "fat burning zone", while running for example, if you can talk relatively easily but can't sing just as easily then your in the right "zone" if you can talk and can sing just as easily then your under your "fat burning zone" and not really doing anything. Think about it. If you can't sing and you can't talk then your above your "fat burning zone" and probably exerting too much energy (high intensity) and thus are burning carbs.

So just keep that in mind

Eat healthy and do CARDIO at least 5 times a week. Building your abs is the easy part. Burning all the fat in order to show them is the hard part. I don't know what the other dude was saying about "key to losing fat is low intensity exercises........doing high intensity exercises you don't get all that much oxygen thus your body switches over to burning carbs". Low intensity exercises will not get your heart rate at the appropriate level needed to burn fat. Your body will start to burn carbs for the first 20 minutes or so of your cardio workout and thereafter will start burning off the stored fat which is the one you are after.

yes if u think about it you are specially if u running a full court 5 on 5 dont look at it as if ur burning weight look at it as fun or like being competetive and doing situps for 8 mins will make u loose stomach weight
