im just fat..any info on how to loose it...i work out and excersize everyday....

drink a lot of water man,drink some green tea...watch what u eat, dont eat too much fatning food or greasy food, download that 8 minute abs workout thing on the thread and do it daily

to lose weight you have to be on a calorie deficit. basically eating less calories than you usually do. drink loads of water like he said ^ and try to do alot of cardio work to burn calories aswell. and dont eat before you sleep! when you do eat try to eat high protein, moderate carbs, and less fat. and dont expect to lose weight fast. aim for a certain amount each week and keep on point with the diet as much as you can.

yea lots of cardio...working out dont make u lose weight it makes u gain muscle. when u run u burn calories so u lose fat faster. and do watever he said up there ^

drink water, stay active, stay away from that sweet shyt, and eat healthy, vegetables fruit and all that, drink a lot of water in a day anjd eat saladz cuzz

Eat healthy, and excercise regularly. Don't over due the excerice though. Make sure you eat because fast food can fuck up your whole shit. You can eat right and excercise perfectly Mon-Fri, but If you get that mcdonalds meal, you just fucked up ya whole week. It takes a alot of discipline. Test your limits.
