Cardio Cardio Cardio!!!!!
^hate dat word....but its essential for losing fat and staying rip (6 pack anyone)

some cardio i find fun:

Jogging with head phones
Jumping rope
sparring(boxing)

fast way to do cardio is the HIT(high intensity training). HIT is hard but done correctly and u can be done with your daily cardio in a matter of mintutes. My HIT routine is like this:

30 second jogging
15 second running(full speed)
do this intill you reach like 10 mintutes and you should have burnt many calories :)

Second thing to losign wieght is diet. Although this sounds wierd you should eat atleast 5-6 meals a day. Im sayign this cause alot of people tend to eat as less as they can to lose wieght and this is totally wrong. Why is wrong? Because when your body doesnt eat it will store fat anytime it can so you are actually creatign more fat instead of losing it.
Im not a diet freak so i cant tell you what you should eat but i can tell you to stay away from:
Soda, chips, ice cream, mayo, fried foods, etc...(the good stuff :( )

try to consume about 500-600 calories a day...with a good HIT routine you should be able to burn almost 1000 calories a day... stay dedicated and you will lose the fat
