Do reps to 12-25
~Tips for building mass and gettign bigger~
Do reps 4-6
~Tips for gettign cut and ripped muscles~
Do reps 7-12
~Tips for strentgh(power lifting)~
1-3 reps

i guess doin sets of 15 aint really that good for building mass .... now i know, ill add some weight and do less reps.... thanks fam
